The Cultural Heritage of the University of Pavia
The University of Pavia has an exceptional heritage of cultural heritage, accumulated and preserved throughout its long history. Important collections of historical and scientific interest, unique in their kind: they are not in fact made up of pieces acquired randomly, but increased over time, in parallel with the development of teaching and scientific research in their respective fields.
Thanks to these collections and their correspondence with the volumes preserved in libraries and archives, it is possible to reconstruct the history of Italian technical and scientific thought and beyond.
