The Department of Molecular Medicine promotes and coordinates research in different fields: hematology, cardiology, clinical biochemistry, immunology and general pathology, pathological anatomy, biochemistry, genetics and human physiology.

Degree courses
The Department of Molecular Medicine manages the Master of Science in Medical and Pharmaceutical Biotechnologies, the Medicine and Surgery (Harvey) degree course, both in English, and the Three-Year Course in Biomedical Laboratory Techniques.
Post-graduate programs

The Department of Molecular Medicine offers a PhD program in Translational Medicine, a post-doc program in Translational Medicine, 6 specialization courses for both non-medical and medical graduates and the access to scholarships and research grants.
